"A nationally known Alabama-based company has been chosen to help clean up debris left over from the May 25 tornado. The Parkersburg City Council on Thursday voted to accept the low bid of $5.49 million from DRC Emergency Services, LLC of Mobile, Ala., City Clerk Gary Hinders said. Three qualified, nationally known companies submitted bids, Hinders said, though more picked up packets of information."
