Tornadoes: A Spotter's Guide

Does anyone remember this old film from 1977? I uploaded it in two parts. It was aired periodically on WHNT 19 in Huntsville, Alabama. I taped this one around 1984, I believe. It was telecast on their local public service show, "Accent" at 10:30 on a Sunday night.

Even though it was produced 32 years ago, it remains an excellent resource for spotter training. Do you weather geeks out there recognize any of the names in the credits?
