The EMA Office in Jones County, Miss., advises a severe thunderstorm struck 5 miles west of Laurel at 10:23 this morning.
* Several mobile homes were damaged or destroyed.
* Numerous trees uprooted.
* Some people were trapped in one mobile home.
* Several homes unroofed.
